MERIDIAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell to the Meridian Community College Lady Eagles, 74-49, here Thursday night.
Holmes will travel to Clarksdale Saturday to play Coahoma at 2 p.m.
Meridian led 15-14 after one period and 33-21 at halftime. Meridian outscored Holmes 41-28 in the second half to pull out the win.
Shanbriah Rule led the Lady Bulldogs with 15 while Lanie Potter had 14. Potter had eight rebounds and four blocks.
