GADSDEN, Ala. - The volleyball team was triumphant against Gadsden State when they took the match in a 3-1 decision (25-22; 25-19; 23-25; 25-19) on Friday, September 29.
ICC had a team total of 56 kills in the victory over the Cardinals with Bree Lyons (Oxford) contributing heavily with 20 while Sadie Stegall (Pontotoc) followed her with 12.
Audrey Hamill (Pontotoc) and Presley Jones (Killen, Ala.) recorded the majority of the Indians' 55 assists with Hamill recording 25 and Jones with 20. Kensley Woolbright (Columbus) had eight while Aubrey Swanson (Corinth) and Stegall each had one.
