Holmes led 20-10 after one period and 34-34 at halftime. In the third, the Lady Trojans outscored the Lady Bulldgos 20-13 and 19-13 in the fourth to pull out the three-point win.
Shanbriah Rule led the Bulldogs with 20 points while Amarie Anderson had 10. Lanie Potter led the Lady Bulldogs with nine rebounds.
The Lady Bulldogs shot 40.8 percent from the floor (20-of-49), 45.8 percent from the three-point line (11-of-24) and 69.2 percent from the free-throw line (9-of-13).
