RAYMOND --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs ended the 2023 campaign falling 11-1 and 6-3 to Hinds Community College here Friday, 11-1 and 6-3.
In game one, Conner Wallace got the start and went two innings seven runs on five hits with one walk. Jaden Clinton, Will Carter and Justin Jenkins also pitched in the game. Abbott Hankins led the Bulldogs with a double.
In game two, John Paul Buckner got the start and went 5 1/3 innings and gave up six runs on nine hits with three strikeouts and one walk. Jackson Dollar went 2/3 of an inning. Matthew Reed, Carson Buckner, John Nolan Pajak, Hunter Barron and Carter Smith each had a hit.
