GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs ended up the fall semester with a 76-68 win here Monday over the South Arkansas Community College Lady Stars.
Holmes will return to action on Jan. 6 at Williams Baptist JV.
The Lady Bulldogs led 38-35 at halftime and then outscored the Lady Stars, 38-33, in the second half for the win.
Kiara Howard led the Lady Bulldogs with 14 points while Nevaeh Craft had 11 and Amanda Walker and Kamren Edwards each had 10. Edwards led with nine rebounds.
