Southwest Bears edge Co-Lin 73-69

SUMMIT– It was another typical Co-Lin-Southwest rivalry game coming down to the end. But it was Southwest who was able to pull out the 73-69.

"Our guys played hard when they were in the game," said Co-Lin head coach Kenny Bizot. "We need more focus and be able to hit shots down the stretch."

In the second half, Southwest was able to build a 66-56 lead. But the Wolves fought back to lead to take a 69-68 with less than two minutes left in the game. However, it was Southwest who would score the final five points of the game to get the win.

Southwest hit 15-of-18 free throws, while Co-Lin went 7-for-18 at the line which was the difference in the game.
