GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs picked up a 73-62 win here Monday night over the East Central Community College Warriors.
Holmes will travel to Utica on Thursday to play Hinds at 7:30 p.m.
Cameron Wallace led the Bulldogs with 28 points while K.J. Sykes had 14. Wallace had nine rebounds.
The Bulldogs shot 46.7 percent from the floor (28-of-60) and 41.7 percent from three (5-of-12).
In the contest, Wallace reached 1,000 points in his two seasons in Goodman. He is up to 1,027 points with two regular seasons games and playoff remaining.
