Bio
Timothy Pollard, of Memphis, Tennessee, led the Coahoma Community College in high scoring for two straights years, from 1085 to 1987. As a freshman, he reached an average of 22.5 points per game and 24.0 points per game during his sophomore year. Pollard as named to the Mississippi North All-Star Team and was also labeled the best 3-point shooter in the Mississippi Junior College Athletic Association (MJCAA). After graduating from Coahoma, Pollard continued putting his athletic gifts to work as Mississippi Valley State University, where he dominated the country in 2-point field goals. Another excellent achievment of his includes being selected as a first-team All-Star.
Pollard, who coached at Coahoma from 1990-1994, is the proud father of Tiona, and has one granddaughter, Paityn.
