Jayden Sawyer, Jones College
(Fr, P/INF - Mobile, Ala., 27)
Jayden Sawyer, a freshman from Mary G. Montgomery HS in Mobile, Alabama, went 2-0 for No. 6 Jones College last week. In a 10-0, 6-inning win over No. 12 East Central, she went all 6.0 innings, allowed no runs, two hits, walked two and struck out six. In a 4-3 win over Northeast, she tossed all 7.0 innings, allowed three runs (two earned), four hits, walked three and struck out eight. Opponents batted .140 last week against her. Offensively, Sawyer was 4-for-11 with two home runs and three RBIs.
Aleah Beaugez, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College
(Fr, IF - D'Iberville, 9)
Aleah Beaugez, a freshman shortstop from D'Iberville, slashed .571/.667/1.286 in Mississippi Gulf Coast's split at No. 5 Pearl River. In a 14-11 win, she contributed a homer, two doubles and four RBI to the slugfest. The doubleheader was the only action of the week for Gulf Coast.

Nash Koczka, Mississippi Delta Community College
(Sophomore, Right Handed Pitcher - Southaven, Mississippi, 13)
In Game 1 (9 innings) Sophomore Nash Kockza pitched for 11 innings vs. Hinds Community College giving up only 4 hits, no earned runs, walking only 2 batters and striking out 8 in leading the Trojans to a 2-1 victory.
Caston Thompson, Pearl River Community College
(R-Fr, INF - Jayess, Miss., 33)
Caston Thompson (Jayess, Miss.; Brookhaven Academy) was a force at the plate in a 4-0 week for Pearl River. The designated hitter hit an incredible .727 with 10 RBIs, two homers, two doubles and four runs. He had a .750 on-base percentage and 1.455 slugging percentage.
